Richard M. Kilgore, Attorney

Richard’s lifetime of experience in construction and real estate began with his voluntary enlistment and service in the United States Naval Construction Battalion, Seabees, including Vietnam service. This experience continued through three years of civil engineering at college and subsequent appointment to the position of Division President for the world’s largest homebuilder in the early 1980s.

Later, Richard was self-employed as a homebuilder, a real estate broker and remodeler, and then served as a title examiner and licensed escrow officer while attending law school where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and first in his class at Texas Wesleyan School of Law (Now Texas A&M School of Law).

He worked real estate law projects at Jones Day, The Staubach Company, and Verizon before opening Richard M. Kilgore Attorney & Counselor, PLLC in 2001.
